HDOT-A Diamondhead Concourse Gate 6 Modernization

As a synergistic team leader and Project Manager, CHB worked closely with talented on-site designers, client representatives, and a diverse team of experts to ensure seamless project delivery.

Our collective efforts resulted in the successful completion of a 34,000 SF four-gate concourse expansion, that now offers new public restrooms, escalators, elevators, concessions, and seating for over 500 passengers.

But that's not all – our design build effort, in partnership with Hensel Phelps, also included a range of airfield landside and airside improvements, such as hardstand restriping, an egress stair, a waste triturator, and a protected walkway.

Our collaborative approach ensured that every aspect of the project was executed with precision and care, resulting in a fantastic outcome for all involved.

Project Cost: $65 Million
Project Dates: March 2017 to March 2019
