Southwest Airlines Tenant Improvement

As on-site design team leader and project manager CHB coordinated with all clients and multidisciplinary teams involved in the project. Our project, which happened to be the largest among all Hawaii stations, involved the creation of new ticketing, ATO, BSO, and ramp operations for the airline’s inaugural Honolulu operations.

Together, we worked to ensure that all aspects of the project were successfully completed within the given timeline and budget.

Project Cost: $7.0 Million
